This new villa is designed in a Mexican contemporary style, but still keeping the flavor of an elegant beach luxury home.
The concept of the design was to lead you through a series of different details (niches, fountains, details on walls, etc.).

In the street or entrance level, you will find the common areas: powder room; living/dining room; open and covered terraces; outdoor breakfast area with bbq; laundry; a very generous sized kitchen with the best quality modern appliances, with an island that seats 6 people comfortably; a swimming pool 30 feet long lap line, with a bench and wet lounging area; water jets that spring out of the pool’s infinity. A large covered and secure garage fits two cars. There also is an outside parking ramp next to the house for another two cars.

In the upper level you will find the master bedroom, with a built in desk, plasma tv and sound equipment. An elegant bathroom with double sink counter/vanity, toilet and bidet, and a generous shower area and glass steam room, that allow you to have an incredible ocean view.
The walk-in closet has more than enough space to hang clothes and the sliding shelves gives you the advantage of easy access to folding clothes.
The “pergola” that covers the master terrace gives you half shade, half sunlight to enjoy the spectacular ocean view from a comfortable chase lounge or from the outdoor Jacuzzi.

From the entrance level, a main stairs leads you down, to a generous lower level lobby that works as an elegant rest area and access to the guest bedrooms and features a traditional wine cellar. This level has three guest bedrooms (one is a guest master bedroom); each one with marble bathrooms, walk-in closets and several details as niches.
The three guest bedrooms have a large terrace with an ocean view. From the service stairs near the laundry in the upper level or thorough a door from the lower lobby, you have access to a maids’ headquarters. This area has a kitchenette, bedroom, closet and a marble bathroom. Easily it can be used as another guest bedroom as well. Thorough the garden or thorough the service area you have access to a formal home theater with its own bathroom.

All the materials used in the house are lavish materials: primavera, teka, and guayabillo wood; marble floors mixed with the best quality clay floor tiles; terraces in cantera floor tiles. Granite in kitchen counters, island and in the bbq area.

Definitely, a luxury home with an excuisite taste in the decoration details.
